Job Description:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to company employees for computer systems, software, and hardware.

Requirements

5 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a Manufactory based organization.
General End User technology knowledge
End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management)
End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM)
ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred.
Soft skills: Planning and organizing; Attention to details; Problem solving; Analysis; Flexibility; Customer sensitivity: Technical writing skills.
Excellent English Language required, written and spoken.

Duties

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Provide technical support related to desktop support, mobile devices, and office applications
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including firewall and DNS problems
Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues promptly
Utilize ticketing systems like Jira to track and prioritize tasks
