SUMMARY

The Traffic Coordinator’s main objective is to support the Traffic Manager and ensure all work from account services flows efficiently throughout the agency. In this role, you will assist in balancing internal resources, staff workloads, timelines, and finances to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget. This role helps keep everyone on task to meet project deadlines by handling project logistics and proactively keeping all parties up to date on the progress.

RESPONSIBILITY/TASKS

Work closely with the Traffic Manager, production, account, and creative teams to get projects started quickly, scheduled, updated, and running effectively and efficiently through the Agency.
Meet regularly with Traffic Manager and account teams to communicate the status of existing projects, and details about new projects coming into the agency.
Participate in project kick-off meetings for new initiatives and attend daily and/or weekly status meetings with team members.
Support project management in Monday.com, keeping tasks up to date
Assess new projects with Traffic Manager and develop schedules, assign/manage tasks utilizing software tools (Advantage, Monday.com) to manage.
Establish clear documentation and specification requirements at the start of all projects.
Actively monitor project workflow and conduct check-ins for timeliness and adherence to assignment deadlines
Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities and available resources.
Gather and analyze project information, assess complex issues and recommend solutions
Keep projects on track, facilitate handoffs from one functional area to another, raise red flags, ask for help identifying dependencies and risks, and look to the manager for guidance to understand the business impact and decisions made during the project.
Help reconcile budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency.
Works closely with Traffic Manager, Account Teams, and Creative Teams to improve process and productivity.
Monitors weekly billablilty and productivity reporting.
Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities
Monitor projects and workloads, review with Traffic Manager, and adjust assignments and deadlines accordingly
Aligns and supports all agency departments in achieving agency goals equally

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years operations/project management experience.
Agency experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong organizational skills & the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Possesses a high attention to detail
Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
Self starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency
Strong aptitude for problem solving
Self-motivated and capable of managing work with little direct supervision
Comfort with holding teams accountable

Salary Description
