The Endpoint Management Administrator is responsible for overseeing the management and security of IT assets,
including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and printers, ensuring all devices are tracked, maintained, and
compliant. Key duties include managing the endpoint lifecycle, handling logistics for hardware distribution and
movement, performing detailed analytics, providing budget and purchasing guidance, imaging devices,
recycling/disposing of returned equipment, and preparing hardware for deployment. The role also involves
monitoring enterprise asset inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels, and collaborating with procurement to plan
purchases while maintaining compliance with organizational security standards. Additionally, the administrator
provides technical support, supports projects, and identifies systems included in vulnerability alerts.
This role requires a strong understanding of asset and endpoint management solutions, operating systems, and IT
hardware. The administrator will collaborate closely with IT Support teams to deploy systems, maintain asset
assignments, and ensure security baseline compliance. Staying informed on industry trends, the administrator will
guide vendor strategies, recommend device updates, and align asset lifecycles with vendor timelines. Success in
this role demands excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work
collaboratively in dynamic environments. Candidates must live in the Atlanta area and be able to work from the
GoHealth Urgent Care Headquarters 5 days a week.
Job Requirements
Education
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in asset management, IT-Inventory management, and Support Technician experience required
- 2+ years of Endpoint Management, desktop support or customer support required
- 3+ years of experience with Asset Sonar, Zendesk, MS Intune, CrowdStrike, and inventory control experience is highly preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- CompTIA A+ preferred
- Security+ is preferred
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Must reside in the Atlanta area and be available to work onsite at GoHealth Urgent Care Headquarters five days a week.
- Skilled in managing the endpoint lifecycle, including IT asset assignment, user accountability, and return processes during terminations or offboarding.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and professionally with all levels in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Proficient in documenting technical procedures, standards, and policies.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred
- Experience with CrowdStrike, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and IT inventory management tools.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and HITRUST frameworks, NIST standards, and regulatory compliance processes.

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate account setup, equipment allocation, and seamless transitions.
- Oversee and optimize asset tracking systems and helpdesk ticketing workflows to support operational efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate the configuration and deployment of workstation setups, including hardware, software, and peripheral integration, to ensure high performance and user satisfaction.
- Perform and monitor Active Directory administrative functions, such as assigning users and devices to appropriate groups and organizational units, while maintaining system integrity.
- Plan and execute scheduled workstation hardware and software upgrades, addressing evolving organizational needs and ensuring minimal disruptions.
- Advanced level Excel skills to perform detailed analysis on large data sets and lists.
- Analyze and address feedback, questions, and enhancement requests by collaborating with GoHealth IT and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and escalate risks and technical challenges to leadership, project managers, or external partners, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships to enhance procurement processes, negotiate service agreements, and secure cost-efficient delivery of equipment and services.
- Perform regular hardware ordering and track orders to successful delivery. Work within procurement systems to ensure the order process is handled in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain accurate inventory records for equipment, software, and licenses, ensuring compliance and streamlined asset management.
- Evaluate and implement modifications to system configurations, utilities, and software based on industry trends and organizational objectives.
