Our depot located in Ashford is now holding interviews looking to recruit a Trainee Grader/Warehouse Operative to join their Grading team, the successful applicant will be of a high calibre to take up this significant role within our organisation. The role of Grader is to be able to identify different types of wool and make assessments on the quality of the fleece to ensure we continue to offer the merchants a consistent high class of fleece wool. The successful candidate will require a high degree of commitment to the role and self-motivation to complete the training and assessment period for the role, which dependent upon the individual's performance, can take up to three years. All Trainee Graders are offered hands on support by the, Grading Team, Head Grader and Depot Manager on site. Working Hours: 8.00am to 16.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.00am to 15.30pm (39 hours per week). Benefits: The role offers an attractive range of benefits, annual salary will increase as you progress through the training assessments. A contributory pension scheme is available to join, 22 days holiday in the first year in addition to the 8 statutory holidays, after two years continuous service holiday entitlement will increase to 25 days per year.
