We are looking for an experienced Cyber Risk Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, testing, monitoring, and maintaining the organization's information security policies, procedures, and systems. You will solve complex problems, develop and refine processes, and provide mentorship to less experienced team members. A key aspect of this position is ensuring that security and risk management practices are integrated throughout the AI development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Cyber Risk Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate cybersecurity risks related to AI systems, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Security Testing and Monitoring: Conduct testing and continuous monitoring of security systems to ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures, particularly within AI applications.
Develop Security Guidelines: Create comprehensive security guidelines for the use of AI systems, ensuring they align with industry standards and internal security protocols.
AI Vulnerability Assessment: Collaborate with development and engineering teams to assess AI applications for potential vulnerabilities, conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
Training and Mentoring: Assist in the development of training materials and guide less experienced team members in understanding the principles of cyber risk management and AI security.
Governance Integration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including AI development and engineering, to ensure the integration of security governance throughout the AI development lifecycle.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improving cyber risk management processes, addressing emerging threats, and adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance security posture.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in cyber risk management, with a focus on AI systems, information security testing, and governance.
Skills & Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and security best practices.
Proven experience in assessing AI systems for vulnerabilities and integrating security protocols.
Knowledge of AI governance, compliance standards, and risk management methodologies.
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience developing effective solutions to complex security issues.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to support and guide junior team members.
Familiarity with tools and technologies used for cyber risk management and AI security.
