Job DescriptionThis Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Rotary Missions Systems (RMS) – Sikorsky division located at the Bridgeport, CT facility. The primary responsibility of the Information Systems Analyst is to perform IT support for the Lockheed Martin managed areas. This IT professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: installing, configuring, securing, hardening, remediating, testing, upgrading and decommissioning of network switches, virtual servers, physical servers, client workstations and network-attached storage equipment.
The Information Systems Analyst assists users with resolving technical issues with applications, connectivity, and other IT related issues. The Information Systems Analyst will assist with Information Assurance, performing environmental vulnerability scans, remediation of vulnerabilities and system hardening. The selected candidate will ensure that all Lockheed Martin assets and software are properly accounted for, managed, controlled and compliant with the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and the Risk Management Framework (RMF). This is a non-telecommuting position. U.S. Citizenship required for this facility.
Basic Qualifications• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CASP, CISSP), within 6 months of starting the position
• DoD Secret Clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems (i.e. Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, etc.)
• Experience with Linux/UNIX Server and Desktop Operating Systems (i.e. RH 8.x, etc.)
• Experience with Operating Systems life cycle management and configuration management (i.e., Installation/Upgrades, System Imaging, Account Management, Print Services, Domain Services, Hardware Modernization, Performance Monitoring, etc.)
• Experience supporting daily incident response (i.e., Helpdesk, etc.)
• Experience performing vulnerability remediation and security management (i.e. system hardening, log management, antivirus management, security certificate installs and renewals)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Desired skills• Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CASP, CISSP)
• DoD Top Secret Clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
• Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware, vSphere, vCenter)
• Experience with Backup software (Netbackup)
• Experience with Network Atttached Storage (NAS)
• Experience in applying DISA STIGs and resolving security vulnerabilities
• Knowledge of Network Protocols (i.e., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.)
• Installation and configuration experience of Microsoft Windows 11 workstations and peripherals
• Experience with Cisco Networking Switches
• Experience with VMware (VSphere vCenter, ESXi, KVM)
• Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Experience with Antivirus tools
• Knowledge of Agile framework principles
• Experience performing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software installations and support.

Ability to work remotelyOnsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
