As a Systems Administrator, your ability to manage and optimize Information Systems, enhance infrastructure performance, and execute strategic initiatives will be key in ensuring the security and efficiency of the company&#x2019;s IT operations. You will apply your expertise in systems hardware, software management, backup solutions, and security patching to maintain the company&#x2019;s infrastructure. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support business needs, working seamlessly to ensure the IT infrastructure aligns with organizational growth and operational success.</span>

Duties &; Responsibilities</span> 



Administer and maintain servers in VMware, AWS, Windows, and Linux environments.</span> 
Oversee SAN administration and provisioning, managing storage across all platforms.</span> 
Ensure systems are kept up-to-date with critical security and stability patches.</span> 
Manage backup administration, including disk-based and cloud offsite solutions.</span> 
Support and manage Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, O365 Admin Center, Intune, Entra ID, SCCM, and CMG servers.</span> 
Administer AWS Cloud EC2 instances and services, ensuring optimal performance.</span> 
Utilize Windows PowerShell scripting to automate and manage systems.</span> 
Provide 24/7 on-call support for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.</span> 
Oversee system deployments, new rollouts, and updates to meet organizational needs.</span> 
Manage vendor relationships to maintain hardware standards and support services.</span> 
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of systems and configurations.</span> 
Mentor and guide Helpdesk Support Services Technicians, providing technical expertise and leadership</span>

</span>High School Diploma or GED required</span> 
 </span>College degree preferred</span> 
 </span>A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience</span>

 The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.</span>
