Overview:
As a senior T3 level systems administrator, this position will demonstrate expertise in Hybrid Entra ID/ Active Directory, Windows and VMWare/VDI environments and proficiency in Linux. This role involves maintaining and optimizing system performance, ensuring data integrity and security, and implementing efficient IT solutions. The systems administrator will collaborate with the IT team to support the organizations technological infrastructure and contribute to its overall success.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of standardized Network Protocols and Services (i.e., TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AD and Group Policy management.
- Microsoft 365 administration (i.e. Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, InTune).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Must be able to multitask in a dynamic environment; develop solutions to various complex problems and plan, schedule and prioritize tasks.
- Administration of HPE 3PAR Arrays and HPE DL Servers
- Basic understanding of LDAP and SAML
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline with 6+ years of related experience in a network/system administration related support role.
- 5+ Years of Experience with performing system administration tasks on Windows, VMWare and Linux hosts including patch management
- Experience integrating hardware and software components into a functional system.
- Experience administering and managing Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
- Experience working with Virtualized Systems i.eVMWare) design and implementation.
- Experience maintaining and operating a Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Experience with systems management and automation software (Endpoint Configuration Manager/SCCM, InTune)
