What Will the Chief Technology Officer Do?
The CTO will be our forward-thinking wizard 🧙♂️, guiding the company on our quest to unite our three technological rings into the ring of power for our customers. The CTO must have an unwavering drive to create new and innovative solutions for our clients and internal teams. They must have an uncanny ability to interpret and forecast both client and internal technology needs to generate appropriate solutions. The CTO must see the future 🔮 and be our interface with new and existing technology vendors to keep our solutions moving forward. Are you ready for an adventure through the realm of weather monitoring instrumentation and software?
As the CEO, I think about all these things daily, even when I am fishing. I am good at it, but I need someone better at it than me. Someone who can own and deliver on my company’s technology needs so well that I can stop thinking about it all the time, or at least while I am fishing🎣. Also, if you can figure out how to control the weather that’s a plus. ☁️
