Role: IAM Consultant

Contract
We are looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing user access, security group reviews, and supporting enterprise applications like Workday. As part of our IAM team, you will work to ensure proper access controls, streamline workflows, and support security and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience working with Active Directory and Entra ID P2 for identity management.
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices, role-based access control (RBAC), and security group management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems for IAM support and workflow automation.
- Experience supporting Workday ERP or similar enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of public sector security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and IAM compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience with identity governance tools (e.g., Entra ID, DUO, or similar platforms).
- Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
- IAM-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CISSP, Security+).
