- Operational Oversight: Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency across project management, field teams, fleet, and concrete batch plant operations.
- Project Execution: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Fleet & Equipment Management: Optimize equipment utilization and maintenance while working closely with department leaders.
- Financial & Resource Optimization: Manage budgets, contracts, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Technology & Process Enhancement: Leverage construction software to streamline workflows and improve project tracking.
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and grow department heads, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
