Akkodis is seeking a –“Business Analyst / Product Owner” for a Contract position with a client located Houston, TX.
Pay Range: $45-$53/hr. (The rate/salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.).
Key Responsibilities
Seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner with advanced expertise to solve complex business challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of business systems, processes, and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will lead functional project teams, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and provide guidance on process improvements and policy establishment.
Responsibilities
Enhance and maintain business systems, processes, and products using advanced methodologies and tools.
Develop innovative business solutions and influence clients' strategic direction through IT expertise.
Manage requirements and change management processes.
Lead solution design, including visualization, user experience, and configuration elements.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, and expectations.
Participate in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development.
Assess the business impact of integrating new technologies and identify emerging opportunities.
Drive process improvement initiatives and provide training to peers and clients.
Exercise independent judgment and contribute to complex projects while establishing policies.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
