We're expanding our team and are looking for a Senior System Administrator - MSP Projects Team to tackle complex IT challenges, manage high-level escalations, and lead systems or cloud projects. In this role, you’ll mentor junior engineers, provide expert support, and ensure client satisfaction with top-notch service delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client service delivery and advanced systems/cloud projects
• Resolve escalations through root cause analyses
• Mentor junior engineers
• Design and manage Windows, VMware, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Lead projects within scope and budget
• Drive strategic technology investments
• Develop and maintain best practices and process documentation
Qualifications:
• 2+ years in Managed Services, Cloud, or Server Engineering/Architecture
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Windows Server
• Familiarity with enterprise storage, messaging systems, advanced networking, virtualization, backup/disaster recovery, and security best practices
• Proven troubleshooting skills and experience developing technical standards
