Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Monday.com SME to optimize, configure, and manage our Monday.com platform, ensuring it aligns with business workflows and enhances team productivity. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Monday.com, automation, integrations, and best practices to drive efficiency across projects and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Administration: Configure, optimize, and maintain the Monday.com workspace, ensuring seamless workflow automation.
- Business Process Improvement: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Monday.com solutions.
- Automation & Integration: Develop custom automations, integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs), and dashboards to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Training & Support: Conduct training sessions, create documentation, and provide ongoing support for users to maximize adoption and proficiency.
- Customization & Reporting: Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and workflow efficiencies.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring the platform operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Monday.com new features, releases, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Monday.com SME, Admin, or Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Monday.com automations, formulas, integrations, APIs, and dashboards.
- Experience with third-party tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or API scripting for system integration.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions using Monday.com.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills to support end-users and teams.
