Job Title: Regional IT Manager

As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Regional IT Manager to join our IT team to lead IT operations and drive innovation, ensuring alignment with our global IT strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Optimizing IT systems and infrastructure across all regional sites.
- Managing the implementation of a 3-year IT roadmap and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Leading, coaching, and developing IT staff to deliver innovative, high-performing IT solutions.
- Collaborating with leadership to implement regional IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Managing IT service operations, including system enhancements, issue resolution, and infrastructure updates.
- Ensuring compliance with information security policies and standards to protect against cyber threats.
- Building strong relationships with management and stakeholders to align IT capabilities with business needs.
- Supporting business growth through M&A integrations and IT system transitions.
- Introducing innovative IT solutions to enhance performance, improve efficiency, and support sustainability goals.
- Ensuring the IT team is properly resourced and supported with internal and external resources as needed.
- Managing compliance for validated systems in collaboration with regional compliance leads.
- Overseeing a team of up to 10 direct reports and 30 indirect reports across the region, including IT managers, engineers, and specialists.

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant subject area.
- Proven experience in IT operations and leadership, managing complex systems and infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Strong strategic planning skills to align regional IT initiatives with global objectives.
- Expertise in team leadership and development, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of information security policies and service management best practices.
