We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to act as a player-coach to drive both mobile and full-stack development initiatives. As a key technical leader, you'll shape our engineering culture while delivering high-quality solutions across our mobile and web platforms.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning and team development across our entire technology stack.
Core Responsibilities
* Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for our React Native mobile applications and web platforms
* Lead development of scalable backend services and APIs that power our mobile and web applications
* Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver impactful features that align with company objectives
* Mentor and develop engineering talent while building a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and performance management
* Oversee system reliability, performance optimization, and technical debt management across all platforms
* Champion best practices in mobile and web development, testing, and deployment
* Lead cross-functional initiatives and serve as a bridge between engineering and other departments
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 6 years focused on mobile development using React Native
* Strong full-stack development experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, RESTful APIs)
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and microservices architecture
* 5+ years of engineering management experience, demonstrating strong team leadership and mentorship capabilities
* Deep expertise in mobile application architecture, state management, and performance optimization
* Proven track record of shipping complex, production-grade mobile and web applications
* Strong understanding of native iOS and Android platforms, their capabilities, and limitations
* Experience with modern development practices, including CI/CD, testing strategies, and deployment
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
* Outstanding problem-solving abilities and system design skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
