The Opportunity
NaviStone is on an ambitious growth trajectory, aiming to double our business over the next two years. We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, with a primary focus on industry leadership, innovation, and business alignment. This is not a hands-on role; rather, it requires a strong command of Martech, Adtech, digital media, and the programmatic ecosystem—including how data, audiences, inventory, and analytics intersect.
The CTO will be responsible for ensuring our technology strategy aligns with industry shifts, customer needs, and enterprise objectives. They will oversee technical leadership, product innovation, and technical partnerships while ensuring that our platform maintains its competitive edge in the market.
What You’ll Do
Industry Leadership & Vision
- You will drive NaviStone’s technology strategy within the Martech and Adtech space, staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
- You will deeply understand the digital programmatic marketplace, data value chain, and media buying landscape, ensuring our product remains aligned with agency and brand needs.
- You will develop and nurture relationships with key players in digital media, data platforms, identity resolution providers, and programmatic advertising to strengthen our ecosystem presence.
Technology Strategy & Business Alignment
- You will define the technical direction for product development, data strategy & analytics, and integrations in collaboration with strategy, product and engineering leadership.
- You will ensure our platform architecture, integrations, and analytics capabilities are aligned with the evolving needs of media agencies, direct-to-consumer brands, and advertisers.
- You will oversee technology partnerships, API integrations, and the evolution of our closed-loop measurement and audience targeting capabilities.
Product Innovation & Market Differentiation
- You will identify opportunities to enhance our retargeting, data modeling, and addressable media capabilities, and exploring opportunities for integration into digital media management and CRM-driven ecosystems.
- You will lead the strategic adoption of AI-driven audience segmentation, predictive modeling, and automation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align technological innovation with go-to-market strategies.
- You will ensure that our data and measurement capabilities resonate with agency partners and enterprise clients, driving adoption and long-term value.
- You will serve as a trusted technology voice in executive discussions, guiding decision-making on platform investments and partnerships.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Deep Expertise in Martech & Adtech
- You have proven experience in digital media and data-driven marketing.
- You have a strong understanding of media agency workflows, ad exchanges, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and identity resolution technologies.
- You have strong knowledge of how data flows between advertisers, publishers, and intermediaries, and the impact of privacy regulations on digital marketing.
Strategic & Business Acumen
- You have the ability to translate complex technology concepts into business opportunities.
- You have experience in scaling Martech/Adtech platforms and navigating industry disruptions.
- You have a track record of aligning technology investments with revenue growth and competitive differentiation.
Leadership & Execution Focus
- You have the ability to lead a high-performing technical and product team.
- You have experience in building partnerships with agencies, media buyers, and data providers.
Track Record of Innovation & Adaptability
- You have experience leveraging emerging technologies, data science, and AI to enhance marketing performance.
- You have the ability to anticipate industry shifts and proactively adjust product strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have at least 10+ years of experience in Martech, Adtech, or Digital Media, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- You have a strong understanding of identity resolution, first-party data strategies, and privacy-first marketing solutions.
- You have experience with audience modeling, customer data platforms (CDPs), and media agency buying workflows.
- You have proven ability to engage with executives, product teams, data scientists, and agency partners to drive strategic outcomes.
