Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on business partnering, preferably in the tech sector.
- Strong understanding of HR legislation and compliance within the US.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record in driving organizational change and managing complex HR projects.
