We are seeking a dynamic People Partner to become a strategic partner in driving our people initiatives and aligning HR practices with our business goals. Requirements:

Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and craft People strategies that support organizational objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
Implement employee engagement strategies to cultivate a positive work environment and improve retention rates.
Provide insights through data analytics to inform HR decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
Identify training needs and foster continuous development opportunities.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to strengthen our commitment to an equitable workplace.
Stay informed about industry trends and People best practices to ensure Cyberbit remains an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
4+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on business partnering, preferably in the tech sector.
Strong understanding of HR legislation and compliance within the US.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record in driving organizational change and managing complex HR projects.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
