We are looking for a CTO to lead the core technology architecture and product development. You will be responsible for driving the research and implementation of large language models and AI Agent technologies, bringing cutting-edge AI applications to the information services industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of AI-powered news technology products, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Conduct deep research and development in LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude,DeepSeek ) and AI Agent applications, driving product innovation.
• Build and manage the technical team, ensuring smooth execution of AI-driven projects.
• Define and implement strategies for LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, multimodal AI, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) to enhance product capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating state-of-the-art solutions into our platform.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align technology with business strategy and growth objectives.
Requirements
• Strong background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI Agent technology, with a proven track record of applying them in real-world products.
• Proficiency in LLM fine-tuning, AI pipeline optimization, and model deployment.
• Experience in developing AI-powered information services (e.g., news, financial data, search engines, recommendation systems).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a deep understanding of AI-driven business models and a passion for innovation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide technical teams toward success.
