We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the development of innovative AI wearable technology. In this pivotal role, you will lead the integration of AI/ML, embedded systems, and hardware, overseeing the end-to-end product development process within a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape the company’s long-term technology vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead the R&D team to design and develop next-generation AI wearable technology.
Oversee hardware-software integration, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimized AI model performance.
Innovate in embedded AI, low-power computing, and natural human-computer interaction.
Collaborate closely with the leaderships to shape and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy.
Lead product development through the entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Foster a culture of technical excellence, promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in AI/ML, embedded systems, and consumer hardware. Experience in wearable tech is highly preferred.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
Strong background in Silicon Valley startups with a successful track record in scaling innovative products from concept to market.
