Kish Bank is hiring a
Chief Technology Officer.
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a pivotal leadership role within a high-growth $1.6 billion community bank. This position is responsible for overseeing and driving key IT technology services, infrastructure, and end-user support functions to ensure alignment with business goals and operational excellence. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable technology services while fostering a customer-centric culture.
The role focuses on targeted leadership in IT operations, service delivery, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Align IT services with strategic goals.
- Develop and execute scalable IT strategies.
- Drive innovation and enhance IT service delivery.
IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee technology infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, end-user computing).
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Align with SLAs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
End-User Services And Support
- Lead IT support team for exceptional end-user support.
- Develop ITSM processes for consistent service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs for service levels and customer satisfaction.
Technology Operations
- Ensure compliance with standards and policies.
- Optimize the bank's cloud environment.
- Align IT operations with business needs.
Team Leadership And Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and improvement.
- Guide technical staff on problem-solving and projects.
Support Activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Prioritize and resolve customer requests.
- Collaborate for customer resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, end-user support, and service delivery.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
- Expertise in cloud computing, network architecture, and IT systems.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and IT compliance preferred.

Work Requirements
- Position based in either State College or Reedsville.
- Must be within driving distance of State College or Reedsville, PA.
