BeyondTrust Technical SME (PAM)

Qualifications Required:

Ideally 10+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity roles, with at least 3+ years specializing in PAM solutions.
Hands-on expertise with BeyondTrust (Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access, Endpoint Privilege Management).
Strong understanding of privileged access security best practices, access control models, and identity governance.
Experience integrating PAM tools with Active Directory, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps environments, and SIEM solutions.
Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, APIs) for PAM administration and automation.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred:

Certifications:

CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific PAM/IAM certifications (BeyondTrust Certified Administrator, CyberArk Defender).
Experience with Just-in-Time (JIT) access, Zero Trust security models, and behavioral analytics for privileged access.
Knowledge of cloud-native IAM/PAM solutions (AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud IAM).
