As a Solution Architect, Enterprise Operations, you will be part of our core consulting team that helps customers optimize and modernize their IT operations. You will work closely with a diverse team of technical architects, engineers, and delivery managers to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational resilience, security, and automation. This role requires deep expertise in 3 to 4 areas of enterprise operations, with broad awareness of the remaining domains to provide holistic solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, data centers, and SaaS-based architectures.

What You'll Do
·Meet with clients to assess their operational challenges, technology goals, and infrastructure needs.
·Develop and propose end-to-end enterprise operations solutions aligned with business objectives, budget, and security requirements.
·In collaboration with Technical Architects and Delivery Managers, design solutions covering:
·Network and Security Operations (firewall management, SOC integration, vulnerability management).
·AIOps & MLOps (leveraging automation, observability, predictive analytics for proactive issue resolution).
·Middleware and Infrastructure Support (modernizing enterprise service buses, API management, cloud/hybrid infrastructure).
·Monitoring & Compliance (log analytics, real-time monitoring, regulatory compliance frameworks).
·DevOps & Automation (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code).
·Work closely with the Sales team to articulate Evergreen’s capabilities and technical expertise to prospective and current clients.
·Draft statements of work (SOWs) that outline deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, and SLAs and obtain sign-offs from clients.
·Partner with staffing and delivery teams to assemble high-performing teams that align with the proposed solutions.
·Drive continuous improvement and innovation in enterprise operations strategies and best practices.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
6 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise IT Operations, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with expertise in at least 3 to 4 of the following areas:
Network Operations (NOC) & Security Operations (SOC)
AIOps & MLOps (AI-driven automation & predictive analytics)
Middleware, API Management, and Integration Services
Monitoring, Observability & Compliance (SIEM, log analytics, dashboards, SLA tracking)
DevOps Pipeline & CI/CD Automation (GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration)
Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure (VMs, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud, SaaS Management)
Strong understanding of ITIL, SRE, and incident management frameworks.
Prior experience with technology services and managed services models, including SOW development, pricing/costing, and service-level agreements (SLAs/KPIs).
Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Splunk, ServiceNow, Prometheus, Datadog, ELK, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with AI-driven automation, self-healing systems, and AIOps/MLOps frameworks.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team to drive successful engagements.
Willingness to pursue technical certifications and stay updated on evolving industry trends.
