Role Description
This is a contract, part-time to start, Information Technology Help Desk Technician role at ElysianMKTNG. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, software, implementing and managing remote MDM software, asset management, and offering general help desk support. This is a hybrid position with the ability to work both on-site and remotely.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience with RMM/MDM (such as JAMF and NinjaOne) for Mac and PC
- Desktop Computers and Printer Support troubleshooting abilities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of IT systems and software
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
- Experience in customer service is beneficial
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
