Senior Technical Product Analyst, Kronos WFC
As a Senior Technical Product Analyst for Workforce Management products within the Manufacturing Execution and Process Modernization Digital Technology (DT) organization, you will partner with the business to improve time, attendance, scheduling, and labor vouchering products used daily by over ten thousand employees. This role is responsible for operating in lock-step with product managers to successfully deliver workforce management products throughout their lifecycle. You will have the responsibility to clearly develop and communicate descriptive requirements and partner with the development team and software providers to deliver components that balance the desire for new features with resolution of defects and technical debt.
In this role, you will:
- Develop superior UKG workforce management product (Kronos Workforce Central) and industry knowledge to help the organization gain the competitive edge.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Manufacturing Operations, and Digital Technology teams to prioritize and execute projects.
- Support audit, compliance, and cybersecurity initiatives to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with operations support team on production issues that require root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
- Become a subject matter expert of the technology stack and application blueprint
- Influence within working team (developers, product managers, support team.)
- Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
- Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.
- Build and maintain relationships across functional stakeholders understand their data needs, requirements, and solutions to improve and optimize existing business processes
- Understands data flow to/from other systems and works with the IT team to help resolve data integration issues
- Define, implement, and test application configuration to meet business needs.
- Write / update test scripts, cut over plans, and miscellaneous deployment documentation
- Execute functional test, system test, support user acceptance test (UAT), interact with developers to explain functional designs and defects
- Operate within product management process.
- Present operational status to leadership and business stakeholders.

- Understanding of enterprise application architectures and interfaces
- Kronos configuration expertise
- Techno-Functional subject matter expertise in timekeeping, pay rule generation, attendance, basic scheduling, and activities
- Workforce integration manager (WIM) tool experience
- Data Manager setup experience
- Familiarity with time & attendance applications
- Ability to manage configurations and use SQL skills to test and troubleshoot
- Knowledge of software design and coding principles
- Skilled in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.
- Windows server administration experience
- Microsoft SQL server experience
- Familiarity with versatile implementation options
