POSITION OVERVIEW
Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a well-organized and motivated Process and Control Architect to join our IT Service Architecture and Governance team.
LOCATION
- This is a hybrid position out of our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts IT process and control documentation, including narratives and flow charts for risk, audit, regulatory, and risk assessment support activities.
- Leads and completes special projects within the corporate infrastructure organization including the development and maintenance of policy/standard/procedure/process documentation as well as initiative-based analysis and project support tasks; IT, Security and/or related Operational Effectiveness Consulting services; and Internal and external client interaction and documentation of process walkthroughs, control identification and evidence, process and procedure documentation, and knowledge base maintenance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Requires 10+ years of work experience in a variety of information technology related roles (architecture, audit, GRC, technical writing, etc.)
- Hands on architecture, solution, or service implementation experience.
- Experience drafting, establishing, and maintaining technical standards, policies, process documentation, and procedures.
- Experience and understanding of the following Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks: CIS, FFIEC, ITIL, NAIC, NIST, NYDFS, and UCF.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Technology focused Big 4 consulting and/or attestation experience a plus.
- One or more of the following professional certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, CPA, CRISC, CGEIT, CRMA, CDPSE, CTPC, CompTIA Network+, ITIL 4 Foundation, PMP, Azure Solution Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer Associate, VMWare Certified Professional, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- A broad understanding of information technology from an operational, security, and control perspective. Specific areas of focus for the ideal candidate would include Active Directory, Azure DevOps, BeyondTrust PRA/Remote Access, CyberArk, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Cloud Hosting (Azure/AWS/Google), Palo Alto NGFW, SQL Server, ServiceNow, VMware, Tanium, Windows, Linux, Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell scripting.
