Jr. Systems Administrator / Helpdesk Analyst

River Garden Hebrew Home, is seeking a Jr. Systems Administrator to support our IT Department. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows platforms (and its associated programs), computer networks and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities and Qualifications include:

•Experience with: ManageEngine Suite, Office 365 Administration and Fortinet Products.

•Responds to telephone calls, emails, and service requests for technical support in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed.

•Installs, configures, and tests new software, software updates, computers, printers and other types of hardware.

•Identifies, researches, and resolves questions and problems related to computer hardware, software, network and telephone.

•Documents, tracks, and monitors assigned requests ensuring a timely resolution.

•Completes projects as assigned by the IT Director.

Education:

Associates degree in IT or another related field; or equivalent.

CompTIA Certification preferred but not required.

Work Experience:

1-3 years of relevant IT experience; or equivalent.
