Job Title: Penetration Tester
Location: Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN. (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Month of Project (Temp to Hire)
Pay Rate: $85/hr. $90/hr. on W2 (without benefit)
Job Summary:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform penetration testing on web applications and APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Utilize tools like POSTMAN for API testing.
- Conduct manual testing to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- Perform security testing on network infrastructure, web applications, and mobile applications (mobile experience is a nice-to-have).
- Work collaboratively with teams to ensure effective vulnerability management and mitigation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, specifically in web applications and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of web app penetration testing, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Expertise in manual testing techniques.
- Proficiency with tools like POSTMAN for API testing.
- Familiarity with the basics of .NET/JAVA, though no advanced programming skills are preferred.
- Understanding of network and mobile application security.
