Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality desktop and server support to end-users, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Oversee Active Directory management, including user account setup, password resets, and group assignments.
- Ensure the smooth operation of virtual desktop environments, safeguarding their security and efficiency.
- Administer Microsoft Portals for license and account management.
- Implement best practices for security, including password protocols, two-factor authentication, and endpoint protection.
- Diagnose and resolve circuit issues, collaborating with ISPs as required, while demonstrating an understanding of physical networking.
- Utilize documented scripts and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing antivirus solutions, conducting security awareness training, and implementing best practices for new users.
- Maintain thorough and current documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing desktop support and systems management.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10⁄11 OS, including command-line tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory administration and group policy management.
- Understanding of mobile device installation and configuration (iOS and Android).
- Proficiency in installing and supporting software applications, such as Office 2016/2019/365.
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols and common networking devices.
- Experience with endpoint security solutions, including antivirus and threat detection software.
- Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), web security, and backup systems is a plus.
