JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s information systems infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology environment, including servers, networks, and applications.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions across all systems, ensuring compliance with the principle of least privilege.
- Implement and oversee identity and access management solutions.
- Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other security controls to safeguard access to critical systems
- Monitor network and system activities to detect potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
- Configure and maintain security settings on servers, networks, and applications to reduce vulnerabilities
- Manage and apply patches and updates to all systems in a timely manner to mitigate security risks
- Implement encryption, data loss prevention (DLP), and other protective measures.
- Administer and optimize security tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, antivirus solutions, and data encryption platforms.
- Monitor security logs and analyze data to detect unusual activity and potential threats.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, recommending and deploying new tools as needed.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 3-7 years’ related experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee must frequently use their hands to handle or feel objects and must be able to speak and hear clearly.
- The employee may occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
- The employee must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
