Redwood Credit Union is looking for an IT Specialist III for our Santa Rosa Corporate Location. This individual will work as a technical lead that ensures the confidentiality, availability and integrity of computing systems within the organization. We are looking for a Certified A+ and MCP professional who provides advanced computer and network operations support and provides second tier support of desktop and network equipment. The specialist provides superior customer service that meets the RCU service standards and values to employees of Redwood Credit Union. The specialist performs and prioritizes the technology support and administration functions necessary to maintain service to The Redwood Group.
The ideal candidate has 3+ plus years of experience with MS Office 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory and JIRA.
Compensation: base starting range $40.00 to $49.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
