As we prepare to make our mark in the market, we’re seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us as a Co-Founder and drive the technical backbone of our ambitious plans.

Your Role:
As CTO and Co-Founder, you’ll:
- Lead the end-to-end development of Hire-X’s proprietary technology platform.
- Build and scale a secure, intuitive, and intelligent system for hiring solutions.
- Drive strategic decision-making, particularly around technology investments and partnerships.
- Assemble and lead a team of developers to execute the vision.
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine the business strategy, fundraising, and operational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Residency: Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Proven track record as a CTO or senior tech leader, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or talent solutions.
- Expertise: Strong foundation in building scalable web platforms, AI/ML integration, data security, and cloud technologies.
- Leadership: Exceptional team-building, mentorship, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A desire to build, innovate, and contribute capital for equity ownership (negotiable based on expertise and vision).
- Alignment with Vision: Passion for ethical hiring practices and belief in the transformative power of human intelligence in recruitment.
