The Server Administrator II participates in all aspects of design, analysis, implementation and support of systems, software or other solutions to Information Technology and acts as contributing members for all assigned projects. (This position is open for Hybrid/Remote).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Participates in design, planning, installation, and support of operating systems, applications, and services.
Exercises independent judgment in the planning, scheduling, organizing, controlling, and monitoring of IT projects.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Solid understanding of Active Directory administration, DFS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related network services (i.e.TCP, IP, HTTPS, SMTP, DHCP, FTP, etc.)
Incumbent must hold one or more of the following: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), VMware Certified Associate (VCA)
Experience with Government Cloud Provider such as AWS GovCloud, Microsoft Azure Gov, Google Cloud for Government, etc.
Experience with Azure Security and Identity services (e.g., Security Center, Azure Active Directory, RBAC, NSGs / ASGs)
Experience with Azure Networking services (e.g., VNETs, Load Balancers, Front Door, ExpressRoute, Traffic Manager, Content Delivery Network)
Previous experience supporting the following: Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 and Office 365 (Mailbox maintenance), Microsoft Teams, E-Discovery, Conditional Access Policy, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID.
Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
