Job Description:
The Systems Engineer I is a Regular Full-Time, position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at the Moses Lake Community Health Center in Moses Lake, WA.
Pay Range:
$23.69-$38.07 per hour
Summary: The qualified candidate will provide direct support to clients by performing engineering tasks in a Microsoft environment. This position works with a team of engineers to deploy traditional, hosted, and managed solutions to our customer base. Responsible for implementing, supporting, and proactively managing applications and hardware.
General Description: The Systems Engineer I must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced office environment in meeting continual deadlines. The Systems Engineer must be able to handle multiple priorities with constant interruptions. Organization is essential in order to meet deadlines. A sense of urgency, the ability to make good decisions, and the prioritization of tasks is necessary. The Systems Engineer I must be able to support mission critical applications in a 24x7 environment.

- Onsite and/or remote installation, configuration, analysis, repair, and support
- Performs systems engineering activities to include: test, build, deploy and manage systems and applications.
- Interfaces with various customers at the technical level and propose viable solutions in real time during customer meetings
- Provides technical support to critical applications and/or user requests in 24x7 environments.
- Provides system and application management to include backup solutions, security, hardware maintenance and system monitoring.
- Works with customers to identify high-level business requirements
- Ensures backup of all systems and is focused on data integrity.
- Manages all administrative and other business critical applications.
- Participates in the implementation of upgrades or new application deployments.
- Develops and maintains fundamental knowledge, at a server or back-end level, of application functionality.
- Understanding of managing virtual infrastructure
- Understanding of SAN technologies
- Understanding of Citrix systems
- Ensures a protected environment from workstations to servers.
- Maintains a fundamental understanding of Active Directory.
Occasional regional travel, weekend work and on-call rotation will be required.

- Rotates to other shifts and locations as needed
- Overnight travel as necessary for consulting and project work up to 10% annually.
- Follows all Health and Safety policies and guidelines of Inland Imaging and its partners depending on work location

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Two years of related experience required including--
- Understanding of MS Windows Server and Desktop Architecture, TCP/IP networking, and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and MS Exchange
- Understanding of Citrix, SAN technologies, and VMware
- Certifications such as an MCSE or commensurate experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and customer support skills.
- Ability to work in a high energy, team environment.
- Previous Managed IT Services or Consulting experience (preferred)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or VCA-DCA preferred
- Computer Skills: Experience with the following computer applications and software is highly desired:
- Microsoft O365 (Administrative)
- Windows Server OS
- Citrix systems
- ConnectWise Manage or like professional services automation (PSA) tool
- ConnectWise BrightGauge or like business intelligence (BI) tool
- IT Glue or like knowledge base tool
