We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team supporting our Federal Customer out of Washington, DC. The primary scope of duties for the Enterprise Architect shall include assisting the Chief Information Officer with analyzing the customer’s present I.T. environment and designing/architecting an infrastructure that can fulfill the organization’s vision for better-determining future technical solutions and reusing/repurposing/leveraging discarded solutions through collaborative interaction with the CIO and the organization’s various Assistant Directors.The Enterprise Architect shall deliver documentation, not limited to network diagrams, test plans/cases, Implementation Plans, Operations Guides, Training Material, and a completed product for the designated life of the project or period of performance.Requires on site presence 1 day a week, and remote the other four.Requirements- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Bachelors or Masters Degree plus 4 years of experience or 8 years experience in a senior IT Systems or IT Project Manager role
- Experience with Collecting information for business planning and IT investment
- Experience in organization processes and procedures specific to PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI are superlative.
- Experienced with various EA frameworks, including Zachman, and TOGAF,
- Experience providing a holistic view of the enterprise from different perspectives with the understanding of budget constraints.
- Understanding and utilization of ITIL, project management (PMI), Agile, Configuration and Change controls
- Capability in providing technical engineering practices recommendations, advice, and enhancements from integration engagements of prior successful systems integrations.
- Exceptional writing/verbal/interpersonal negotiation and communication skills with the ability to work confidently and independently with minor guidance.
Preferred Additional Skills and Qualifications- Experience with VMware server and VDI understanding
- Knowledge of PKI
- Experience with MS Windows 2210 Server
- Knowledge of Cisco UCS
- Experience with Broadworks
- Experience with Polycomm
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- ITIL v4 certification
- CISSP certification
