How you'll help us innovate to build a better world
• Responsible for administration and day-to-day operation of organization's on prem and cloud network systems (e.g., LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Load Balancers).
• Manage highly complex network
• Leads the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration, appropriate use, security controls, and disaster recovery.
• Ensures network performance through testing, monitoring, and statistics reporting.
• Manages and performs network systems software upgrades, including planning and scheduling, testing and coordination.
• Manages and enforces the implementation of systems security, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Participates in the evaluation of new products and technologies to determine those best meet business needs.
• Conducts feasibility studies, assesses impacts on existing system configurations, and performs and cost/benefit analyses to support the selection and purchase of network hardware and software.
• Involved in resolving support incidents, processing service requests, process reviews/enhancements and documentation review/updates.
• Meets end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the networks
• Automating /Operationalizing routine tasks
We would love to hear from people with
Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of related work experience.

Working conditions/Physical requirements:
• Work with end users, small teams, and/or management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Visiting users desk / Hub/IDF room , datacenter/ server room to trouble shoot network issues
• On-call standby as necessary
