The CAS Technology Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) offers passionate early career technologists an opportunity to grow their business acumen and leadership and technical skills while building a career with unlimited potential. Program members lead by doing, gaining real-world experience by working on important and challenging projects within various functional areas within CAS. Program members are typically identified as key future leaders for the organization and will benefit from accelerated investment enhancing leadership skills.
