We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team. Our bar for Staff is a very seasoned, experienced engineer with expertise in several core technologies in their domain, mastery of other relevant technologies, and a passion for understanding emerging technologies in the industry. In this role, you'll contribute to driving our e-commerce product and platform forward and mentor engineers on the team along the way. You will have the opportunity to leverage your technical skills and experience to impact the quality and scalability of our products directly. With a Dutchie-scale e-commerce platform and high organizational importance, this team has endless technical ownership and advancement opportunities. We are targeting a starting salary of $190,000 based on the intended level for this role. There may be flexibility on individual compensation packages based candidate skill set, experience, qualifications and other position-related factors.
