We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Core DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic
team at HFM.
Your
Role at HFM:
- Develop and implement strategies
to improve the reliability and performance of HFM's IT systems and
applications.
- Collaborate with development
teams to design and implement systems that meet reliability and performance
goals.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD
pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot
production systems to swiftly resolve issues.
- Create automation scripts
and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in on-call
rotation to provide 24/7 production support.
- Share
best practices, tools, and guidance with other engineers across the organisation.
Requirements
What
You Bring:
- BSc/BA in any engineering
major.
- In-depth experience with
databases (SQL/NoSQL), orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), and
caching systems (Redis, Memcache).
- Expertise in web servers
such as Nginx, Apache, and Traefik.
- Strong Python programming
skills.
- Hands-on experience with
cloud environments like AWS and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with web
application development and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab
Runners, Spinnaker).
- Extensive knowledge of
Unix/Linux system administration.
- Hands-on
experience with container-based infrastructures, specifically Docker.
