Our client, a leading enterprise in the quick-service restaurant industry, is looking for a Mid to Senior Fullstack Software Engineer. This position is fully remote.
Who You Are
You are a seasoned software engineer with a passion for building and managing robust, scalable systems. You have a strong technical background in Java, Spring/Springboot, React, Python, and AWS, coupled with excellent communication skills. Experience working at elite consulting firms is a plus. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at managing multiple applications and delivering solutions that drive organizational success.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Manage 3-5 applications supporting the internal HR department, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using Java, Spring, React, Python, and AWS services (Must have these skills)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for existing applications.
What You Know (Qualifications)
Necessary Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a fullstack software engineer.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, React, AWS, and Python.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and supporting enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience working at an elite consulting firm.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
- Experience with internal HR systems or related applications.
