- Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module
- Expertise in Developing Inbound and Outbound from Oracle HCM – Cloud
- Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, fast formula
- Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

- Prior experience of Creating Groovy script will be advantages
- Prior experience of HCM Help Desk will be advantages
