Oracle is looking for Cloud, Application Engineer to be part of Health Sciences product development group in Bangalore/Noida with strong knowledge on Siebel CRM Administrator (8.1.x onwards & IP 2017 version or above, Migration Experience, BIP,EDQ.
Requirements
Basic Understanding of Siebel Server Architecture. Having Implementation experience in Siebel IP 2017 or above is preferred
Deploy application (LOV, SRF, Repository, Web services, etc.) and contribute to migration preparation and tasks.
Hands-on experience in all Operating systems Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
Administration, Maintenance and support of Siebel instances on qualification and production environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve the issues during outages in the application environment
DevOps Role( Siebel Admin) plus any scripting knowledge is Preferred
Possess good organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Should have worked on any ticketing tool
ITIL Certification is preferred
Proficiency in related, underlying technologies, including SQL, Oracle, XML, and integration technologies and standards
Ability to work 24*7 to meet Business Requirements
Qualifications:
BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. Graduate degree (M.Tech./M.S./B.Tech./M.Sc./M.C.A.) with aggregate of 60% or above
Total 2+ years of experience in IT Operations & Application Support
Passion for engineering and solving very complex engineering problems that delights customers
Knowledge in Oracle RDBMS, any specific application level language working knowledge is always helpful
Candidate must have solid understanding of Oracle Database, SQL & BI technology
Experience in at least one scripting knowledge (Perl, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting etc.)
Strong experience in SQL is MUST, database tuning, capacity planning based on the performance of the application is a plus
Strong & excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to dive in and learn complex systems
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to provide technical and people leadership to the team
