As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll lead and expand our core cloud infrastructure team based in India. This team will be essential to the entire lifecycle of our machine learning infrastructure and applications—from development to deployment and scaling—ensuring they are secure, scalable, robust, and efficient. You’ll collaborate with the Product and Research teams in both India and the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Cloud Infrastructure team in India, driving innovation and team development.
- Develop and refine multi-cloud architecture to ensure flexibility and resilience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products leveraging core AI technologies.
- Drive performance optimization, focusing on scalability, low latency, operational cost, and observability.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Implement strong security measures to maintain data integrity throughout the platform.

Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of software development experience, with expertise in developing and managing large-scale production systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Rust, or C++.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in product shipping and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), along with containerization tools like Kubernetes.
- Bonus: Experience in building and operating multi-tenant SaaS services, observability, GPU scaling, and distributed systems.
