HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant (5+ Years’ Experience) - Permanent
- Experience 5+ years of experience
- Must have at least 3 Full cycle Implementation & Support experience of Oracle HCM cloud (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management & Workforce Management).
- Implementation Experience in Payroll & Fast Formulas is mandatory.
- Should have earlier experience as Oracle EBS HRMS consultant.
- Should be well versed with cloud Monthly / Quarterly update process
- Should have good experience in Support Projects and working against SLAs
- Earlier experience in Oracle EBS (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Advance modules)
- Must have Strong product skills in HCM cloud Strategic in Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Global Human Resources, HR Help Desk, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Goal Management and Performance Management
- Prepare UTR unit Test cases and demonstration Prepare Test case for UAT and assistance
- Ability to provide robust solutions with pros & cons of the proposed solution when standard functionality cannot meet customer requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and problem solving skills
