As an Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Lead, you will:
- Lead a team of 5-6 functional and technical consultants in implementing and managing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, specifically within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain.
- Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize your expertise in Oracle SaaS application modules, ensuring successful business process understanding, conceptualization, documentation, and mapping with Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Apply your in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture to support testing, defects analysis, and fixes in coordination with product development and support teams.
- Drive transformation and implementation processes, including hands-on involvement in design, build/configuration, training, testing, deployment, and support phases of project lifecycles.
- Engage in process testing and provide comprehensive support during period closings and month-end processes.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, with at least one end-to-end implementation project completed.
- Proficiency in SCM functional domains such as Inventory, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, TCA, Payables, Expense Management, and more.
- Experience in leading process design workshops, conducting fit/gap analyses, and executing Show & Tell sessions for Oracle Fusion.
- The ability to drive Service Request (SR) resolutions in the Procure to Pay (P2P) domain, working closely with Oracle counterparts.
- Knowledge of SCM cloud cycles such as Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
- Experience with project lifecycle elements, including design, build/configuration, training, testing, deployment, and support.
