Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finacle + Cloud to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Finacle banking solutions and cloud technologies (preferably AWS), with a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable solutions in the financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, implement, and customize Finacle Core Banking solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design and deploy cloud-based applications and services using AWS infrastructure.
- Migrate on-premise Finacle systems to the cloud, ensuring minimal downtime and high performance.
- Monitor and optimize Finacle and cloud applications for security, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end solutions for banking systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Finacle application layers and cloud environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Finacle versions and cloud services to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with Finacle Core Banking solutions.
- Strong expertise in cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- In-depth knowledge of Finacle customizations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Proficiency in managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and VPC.
- Solid understanding of cloud migration strategies, architecture, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or Finacle.
- Experience in scripting or automation using Python, Shell scripting, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
