Job Description
An Oracle SCM Solutions Architect is expected to be knowledgeable in Oracle Cloud SCM. As an SCM Solution Architect, using the industry and Oracle SCM product experience, you will manage the full implementation lifecycle of an SCM engagement. You will lead the project team by inculcating leading practices in gathering requirements via client interviews or workshops, solution design, product setups, and integration design. In this role, you will help define and justify the business case, develop implementation plans, track progress against plans, provide expert functional and manage client expectations. You would be responsible for following Accelalpha implementation methodology and would be considered as the go-to person for SCM Cloud product knowledge. You will be responsible for reviewing the deliverables and provide quality assurance for the project. You will coach junior consultants on industry leading practices and implementation practices in all stages of the implementation.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- +3 years of experience as Oracle Solution Architect, and/or +5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud SCM
- Minimum of 4 full cycle Oracle implementations as consultant and/or Solution Architect in Oracle SCM
- Techno functional knowledge to design Integrated solutions with Oracle and Legacy Systems
- Extensive experience with following Oracle Cloud Applications: Planning, Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, PIM, PDH, MDM/CDM, Quality.
- Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
- Knowledge of SaaS implementation lifecycle, including details of requirements, process validation, Design, CRP, configuration, build, test phases.
- Ability to interact with and manage expectation of client Senior management, members of project team and client team members.
- Ensure the delivery of the high-quality deliverables.
- Good Analytical and Communication skills, Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Proficient in English
