Role and Responsibilities:
As a Configuration Expert at Talpro, you will be responsible for order management and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes. Your key responsibilities include:
- Performing functional setups and configurations for order management and RMA processes.
- Defining and optimizing orchestration flows to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborating closely with business users to understand requirements and devise appropriate functional solutions.
- Conducting Fit-Gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Evaluating solution feasibility and making data-driven recommendations.
- Managing subscription processes and ensuring smooth subscription management.
- Handling warranty configurations to meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Setting up and managing installed base configurations to support product lifecycle management.
Candidate Qualifications:
