A tertiary qualification in computing or a related field, or an associate's qualification with more years of experience
Relevant certifications, such as, IT Infrastructure related (AWS or MS Azure or Google Cloud or Huawei Cloud)
Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC
Understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, the OSI model, subnetting, routing, switching, and VLANs
Experience with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, and network operating systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
