We are currently seeking a motivated Development Compliance Consultant to be part of our innovative, dynamic and growing planning team. We provide end to end services to our clients from site selection through to titling. The plan sealing and conditions compliance coordination is a critical part of this process. Based in our Brisbane office, this role will have you assist our current team to manage our plan sealing and compliance service with our clients.
Applicants will have:
Excellent administration skills with an attention to detail
The ability to work autonomously but be a part of a collaborative teamwork environment.
High level communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written) and be able to communicate with a range of personality types.
A current Construction Induction Card for entering construction sites where necessary (or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement)
A current driver’s licence.
Enthusiasm and commitment to being part of a leading team of property and development professionals.
This role will entail a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Assisting with the conditions compliance and plan sealing process with clients, the project team and government officers
Understanding conditions of a development approval and requirements to satisfy compliance and plan sealing
Liaising with clients, project teams, and government officers
Carrying out uncompleted works, maintenance approvals and endorsement, easement and covenant preparation
Understanding infrastructure charges, calculations and crediting
